CIP Level 1 Scholarships

The Louisiana Coating Society (LCS) would like to thank everyone who turned in applications for a CIP 1 scholarship.  We had an excellent pool of applicants, making the selection for 6 scholarships very difficult.

The LCS would like to congratulate the following recipients who were selected for the CIP 1 Scholarships:

  • Alan J. Knight Jr.
  • Edward B Anthony Jr
  • Chuck Michael
  • Brandon Clint Gueho
  • Kenneth P. Frederic
  • Guy W. Arnaud

 Mission Statement For The LCS:

To further the knowledge of surface preparation, selection of coatings, coating systems, application of protective coatings and quality control practices for the protective coatings industry through discussions, planned programs and training, to provide information to our industry today, that will positively influence our industry tomorrow and into the future, and to promote safety and environmental awareness in every aspect of the industry.

Hopefully with the help of the scholarships the recipients will be able gather additional knowledge of our industry which will help promote their future work endeavors.

Regards,

Jimmy Schexnayder Jr
